Eschalon: Book I — это огромный мир, который хочется исследовать. Тут вам и нелинейный сюжет, и пошаговые баталии а-ля Fallout, и вполне традиционная для старых ролевых игр система развития персонажа: восемь базовых характеристик, два с половиной десятка различных умений. Место действия Eschalon — огромный сказочный мир с традиционными подземельями, драконами и прочей атрибутикой. Сюжет при этом не висит дамокловым мечом, игра позволяет почувствовать себя вольным и самостоятельным исследователем.

1. Исправлены все зелья которые не работали. (Старые сделанные, купленные наверное не будут работать. Нужно сделать новые или ждать неделю, чтобы у торговцев появились новые рабочие).
2. Adamantine Studded Leggings в сундуке на 3 уровне Мрачнотенья, которых нет в базе заменёны на Адамантитовые поножи.
3. Исправлен вылет при нахождении предмета которого нет в базе.

• Compiled using the latest version of the development language (generally this is considered beneficial, though sometimes it is not).
• Added improved graphics initialization code (Windows).
• Game no longer crashes if you threaten to kill Gruzz.

Please be aware:

Сиквел к первой части отличной RPG Eschalon, Book II - это поступательное, эволюционное движение вперёд по всем направлениям. В первую очередь, это касается модернизированного графического движка и улучшенного интерфейса. Появилась возможность автоматического упорядочения вещей в инвентаре, многочисленные ключи собраны в единую связку, появилась полноценная книга заклинаний. Почти все элементы интерфейса можно детально настраивать. Основной игровой фокус сместился в сторону сюжета. Мир игры стал больше: теперь у нас три большие зоны, морозный север, цветущие "срединные земли" и вулканические пустоши. Подземелья стали больше. Главного героя теперь удастся "докачать" до 30-ого уровня. Ролевая система обогатилась двумя новыми навыками: ремонта и добычи еды. Количество заклинаний доросло до 45.
